Doggo Ledger ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights.

Account: the email address you provide if you choose to sign in; otherwise an anonymous account identifier is created automatically.
Ledger data: the expense / income amounts, categories, titles, notes, dates and savings goals you enter.
Receipt images: photos you capture or select to upload.
Voice clips: audio you record to log expenses.
AI text inputs: transaction descriptions you import, bank-message and payment-app notification text you optionally forward for parsing, and aggregate spending figures used to generate short in-app summaries.
Preferences: e.g. daily reminders, haptics.

To provide the core bookkeeping, spending-statistics and pet-raising features.
To recognise receipt images and voice via Google Gemini, and to parse or classify optional text inputs via OpenRouter and the downstream AI provider selected by our OpenRouter preset.
To sync your data across devices once you sign in.

Cloud storage & processing: the App uses Supabase for backend storage. Receipt images and voice clips are sent to Google Gemini. Text needed for SMS and payment-notification parsing, description classification and short spending summaries is sent to OpenRouter, which routes it to a downstream AI model provider selected by our preset. Each provider processes and may retain data according to its own privacy and retention policies.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
We do not disclose your data to any other third party except the service providers above, or where required by law.

Your data is stored in Supabase and protected by Row Level Security — each user can access only their own data.
All network traffic uses HTTPS / TLS encryption.
Analysis results of automatic logging (e.g. amount, merchant, last four card digits, category — not the message text itself) are stored with your account so they can be retrieved again after a network interruption, and are deleted when you delete your account.

You can permanently delete your account and all related data (ledger, receipts, voice, etc.) at any time via Settings → Delete Account. This is irreversible.
You can also delete individual records.

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

提供記賬、開支統計、養成狗狗等核心功能。
透過 Google Gemini 辨識單據相片同語音；透過 OpenRouter 及由我哋 OpenRouter preset 選擇嘅下游 AI 服務供應商解析或分類你選擇提供嘅文字。
喺你登入之後，跨裝置同步你嘅資料。

雲端儲存與處理： 本應用程式使用 Supabase 作後端儲存。單據圖片同語音會傳送至 Google Gemini；短訊同付款通知解析、描述分類同簡短開支摘要所需嘅文字會傳送至 OpenRouter，再由它按我哋嘅 preset 轉送至選定嘅下游 AI 模型供應商。各供應商會按自身嘅私隱同資料保留政策處理及可能保留資料。
我哋唔會出售你嘅個人資料，亦唔會用作跨應用程式嘅廣告追蹤。
除上述服務供應商外，我哋唔會向任何第三方披露你嘅資料，除非法律另有要求。
